These are my thoughts today: Surround yourself with things you like. Pretty things that make you smile and colourful things that brighten your mood. What's the use of having nice perfume, when you never wear it? Having "special occasion" shoes or clothes that never get to be worn? Or only buying fresh flowers for the house when you have guests coming around?
Why is it that we tend to take out all the stops when it comes to other people but not ourselves?
So buy some flowers, just for yourself, put some of your fancy perfume on to work and wear your "special occasion" shoes on a regular day. Because everyday is a special day, we justt sometimes tend to forget.
